our mission: Mousam Misfits Sanctuary is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and lifelong home for small farm animals in need. Nestled along the Mousam River in Southern Maine, we offer sanctuary to goats, sheep, pigs, ducks, and other misfit creatures, ensuring they receive the care, respect, and compassion they deserve.

Our mission is to create a peaceful refuge where these animals can live out their lives free from harm, while also fostering a deeper appreciation for their worth within our community.
